Self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproof membrane (here in after referred to as Type N)is the self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen non-base waterproof membrane which is made of the synthetic rubber such as SBS, high-quality road bitumen and tackifier as the base material, polyesterfilm (PET), polyethylene film (PE), aluminum foil or silicon-coated isolation film as the upper surface material and silicon-coated isolation film as the anti-adhesion layer coated on the lower surface.
Self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen PY waterproof membrane (here in after referred to as Type PY)is the self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen PY waterproof membrane which is made of filament polyester felt as the base and viscosifying polymer modified bitumen as dip-coat material, the polyethylene film, fine sand, shale, aluminum foil or isolation film as isolation layer coatedon the upper surface and silicon isolation film as anti-adhesion layer coatedon the lower surface.
▪Its special formula and unique manufacturing process make it have the characteristics of cold construction, no use of open flame, no use of adhesive and no pollution to the environment etc.;
▪The polyester felt has high tensile strength and large elongation, and has strong adaptability to shrinkage, cracking and deformation of base course;
▪It uses SBS modified bitumen as the coating material, which has good high and low temperature resistance so as to meet the needs of waterproof layer exposure;
▪It has good bonding performance, and the self-bonding of coil seams is synchronized with the life of coil;
▪The self-adhesive rubber bitumen on the lower surface of the membrane has regular strip coating, which makes it bond with the base strip and has unique function;
▪It forms a steam exhaust channel to balance the steam pressure at the base level and avoid bulging of the waterproof layer;
▪When the shrinks, cracks and deforms occur in the base, it can avoid the cracking caused by the "zero extension" phenomenon of the waterproof layer caused by the full adhesion between the waterproof layer and the base layer.
