In infrastructure projects like high-speed railways, polymer waterproof membranes play a critical role in preventing water damage to substructures. Weifang Luyang’s railway-specific membranes, developed through rigorous R&D, feature anti-puncture layers and thermal stability to withstand dynamic loads and temperature fluctuations. A case study in China’s Jiangsu Province demonstrated a 30% reduction in maintenance costs after adopting our polymeric sheets, which resisted cracking under heavy train vibrations over five years. Our modified bitumen systems, another variant of polymer membranes, are widely used in bridge decks, combining asphalt’s waterproofing properties with polymer additives for enhanced elasticity. This dual-layer approach ensures seamless protection even in regions with frequent freeze-thaw cycles.
