一、Product Introduction
1. Key Features
- Modifier: Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) rubber modified bitumen
- Reinforcement: Polyester felt (PY) / Fiberglass mat (G) for high tensile strength
- Performance advantage:
- Low-temperature flexibility: Crack-resistant at -25℃ (GB 18242 compliant)
- High-temperature stability: No flow at 90℃
- Elongation: ≥30% for substrate movement accommodation
- Top surface: Fine sand/Mineral granules/PE film (UV-resistant)
- Core: SBS modified bitumen + Polyester reinforcement
- Bottom surface: PE film/Release paper
3. Applications
- Roofs, basements, tunnels (Type I/II, 3-5mm thickness)
- Bridges, hydraulic structures (Reinforced type ≥5mm)
二、Construction Steps
First stage:Substrate Preparation
- Remove dust/oil, repair cracks with polymer mortar
- Flatness: ≤5mm gap under 3m straightedge
- Moisture content: ≤9% (Plastic sheet test: no condensation in 24h)
- Radius ≥50mm at corners, pipe outlets shaped as "dome slopes"
second stage:Membrane Installation
Hot-melt: 1.Snap control line
2. Heat membrane underside & substrate with torch (30° angle, 300mm distance)
3. Roll forward when asphalt melts to glossy black
4. Reheat overlaps for 3mm asphalt bead sealing
Cold-adhesive:
1. Apply adhesive (≥0.4kg/m² coverage)
2. Rest membrane for 5min (solvent evaporation)
3. Roll to eliminate air pockets
Critical Parameters:
- Overlap: 80-100mm (long side), 150mm (short side / perpendicular to ridge)
- Staggered seams: ≥1/3 width between adjacent joints
